Entrepreneur I.Madaminov took advantage of privileges for the construction of sanitary and hygienic units specified in PP-3514 dated February 7, 2018 “On measures to accelerate the development of domestic tourism”

According to PP-3514 and PP-4095, a number of advantages have appeared for entrepreneurs building or reconstructing existing SSUs:
The tax base is reduced by up to 100 million soums - the costs of economic entities aimed at reconstruction, major repairs and construction of modern sanitary and hygienic units that comply with sanitary rules, norms and hygienic standards;
up to 12 million soums – the costs of economic entities directed annually to the maintenance of sanitary and hygienic units;
business entities for the construction of modern sanitary and hygienic units according to standard projects, at the request of the State Committee for Tourism, are granted the preferential right to receive land plots in the amount of 80-100 square meters, without being put up in an electronic auction;
to exempt from customs duties imported vandal-proof sanitary and hygienic units installed in places where tourists visit in accordance with the established procedure until January 1, 2022.
